Description

Bulk Prilled-Granular Urea-46%-Nitrogen Fertilizer

It is an ingredient in diesel exhaust fluid (DEF), a component of animal feed, a non-corroding alternative to rock salt for road de-icing, a main ingredient in hair removers, an ingredient in skin cream, moisturizers, hair conditioners & shampoos, a cloud seeding agent, a flame-proofing agent, and ingredient in tooth whitening products and dish soap, a yeast nutrient for fermentation of sugars into ethanol, for geoengineering purposes, as an additive to dye baths for textile dyeing or printing and as an optical parametric oscillator in nonlinear optics.

Bulk Prilled-Granular Urea-46%-Nitrogen Fertilizer

Urea (NH2)2CO) (CAS:  As a nitrogen-rich compound, it is an important fertilizer for crops and a key ingredient in the production of numerous consumer goods, such as resins, plastics, and adhesives.

Classification: Nitrogen Fertilizer
Type: UREA
Carbamide B (Urea H2N-CO-NH2) is a mineral nitrogen fertilizer.

Handling in a well ventilated place. Wear suitable protective clothing. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Avoid formation of dust and aerosols. Use non-sparking tools. Prevent fire caused by electrostatic discharge steam.

Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities

Slow-release encapsulated fertilizers have been produced on the basis of prilled and granular urea. The encapsulation process (coating application) was carried out on a disk granulator laboratory installation. The influence of the type of granular feedstock on the dynamics of nutrient release depending on the mass fraction and composition of the coating has been studied. Analysis of the dissolution curves of the produced encapsulated fertilizers allowed drawing conclusions about the rational choice of feedstock for producing fertilizers with specified properties.
